Misquamicut Beach Bungalow
We found this 1979 groovy beach bungalow in its original condition with lots of dark paneling, old out-dated fixtures and lime green linoleum flooring!! The cottage was primarily used as a summer get-away so there is no heat or air conditioning either.
This family friendly beach community is highly desirable with the sandy oceanfront across the street, and the salt pond for kayaking right out the back door. Fantastic spot!

Cape Cod-Style Cottage
Cute as a button! Here stands a 1945 Cape Cod style cottage on a bluff overlooking the ocean and Point Judith Harbor. On the border with East Matunuck, this cottage is part of a private beach community and enjoys a wonderful sandy beach, picturesque views of the harbor and Block Island Ferry docks. This cottage needs lots of love as you can tell by the photos. A new kitchen with new layout is in the works for certain. In the current kitchen, only one person can fit at a time. What? No dishwasher? Got to fix that too. Also on the to do list- air conditioning, new baths, floors, lighting, etc. Planning and demo is underway!
